How to Schedule
To schedule your initial consultation or continue your care, call us at (408) 363-1991 or book online through our scheduling page. New patient appointments typically take about an hour for the initial examination and report of findings. When you call, let us know whether you are a new patient or an existing patient. We will ask about your health concern and availability, discuss our new patient examination fee of $142, and verify your insurance coverage if applicable.

Our office is located on Santa Teresa Boulevard in South San Jose, easily accessible from Bernal Road, Almaden Expressway, and the Highway 85 and 87 corridors.
